Viola Jane turned seven years old today. We can't believe that our sweet little Lola is so old.
The celebration included a trip to Viola's favorite Chinese restaurant for sesame chicken, then presents, cake, and ice cream in the sun-room as requested by the birthday girl.
This little brother tried to be patient waiting to play with the new legos.
Seven candles blown out, time to dig into the vanilla-maple cake with Nutella filling, covered in dark and white chocolate ganache with a side of vanilla icecream. We take birthday cake seriously around here.
It is such a pleasure to be the Mama of this happy, sweet, thoughtful, talented, hard working girl.
Soooooo good.
