Dinosaur Bones!

Viola's birthday is tomorrow and to celebrate turning 4 she chose to go to the Museum of Nature and Science in Denver instead of having a party.  So this morning we got up, enjoyed some sausage and fried eggs (a Viola favorite) she donned her new t-rex bones t-shirt and dinosaur water bottle and headed to Denver.
She was surprised by a new booster seat when we got to the car (thanks Cindy!).  She's gotten so big.
Yep, that's a T-Rex brain that Viola is holding.
 Hey baby Stegosaurus.
 Look out!
 T-Rex's big head.
Viola wanted us all to wear scienc-y shirts to the museum so I wore my fox shirt, Brian wore a butterfly, and Charlie wore a triceratops (sharpied up this morning for the occasion)
 He wore it well.
A parting shot of the little paleontologist with the t-rex in the museum lobby.

We also saw the hall of gems, real Egyptian mummies, Mammoths and Mastodons, and some bugs but the museum was very dark,  no photos to show for it.
