We took Stuart out to meet some of the local wildlife. He was rather shy at first.
But then he realized that he had something in common with elephant. They are both from Africa. So they did some sort of greeting ritual and were instant companions.
This was probably the first of many adventures that these two will embark on together.
Charlie is still fascinated with the wee Stuart. I'm not sure Stuart returns the sentiment.
Charlie is also very into his new dump truck. And it loves him back.
Also part of the local wildlife is some very nice flora around the house. This lovely Iris would have been one of many if a certain Charlie had not broken off two other stems. Oops! Kind of.
Our poor beautiful peonies are lying on the drive way due to our final snow bending them over.
And these little beauties were hiding in the front garden.
