Viola was quite distraught after the last time we caught and released snails (she brought up baby snails multiple times during Sunday school that day and cried several times over it.) After all of that we decided that the next snail can be kept as a pet. We purchased a large plastic container, watched you tube videos on snail care, and waited, and waited. After much patience, you will be glad to know that we now have pet snails.
We gave them some organic mixed greens and some dirt.
And then we looked and them.
And it turns out that Brian is quite the snail hunter. We now have six of the larger ones and as many tiny ones. And tomorrow we may have twice that. I hear snails are good at multiplying.
