Settling Into the New Digs

My wonderful, fantastic, amazing Mother-in-law Rose is moving in with us, so we had to find a bigger place.  I don't know why but she didn't want to sleep on the sofa in our basement hovel (aptly named Squaller Holler) for a long period of time.  She isn't here yet but we are getting settled in and making it home-y for when she arrives.
This one loves brushing his teeth these days and would like to do it twelve times a day.  I don't know where he gets it? He did not inherit this oral hygiene obsession from either of his parents.

Viola gets her own room.  Convenient for not hearing her little brother screaming at 5am.
We broke in the new tub.  It's huge!
And it's the first faucet that our whale has properly fit on.

The clouds have found a home.  Although they are not properly hung yet as we have now idea what happened to the tape measure.  It'll turn up.
The budding artist that I am trying to encourage to study sign language rather than art school.
And who can resist a tike in Papa's shoes?
And a tough leather jacket (that has pink butterfly lining).
We will definitely have to keep this one zipped up!

Fantastic! As much as I like the old squiller hiller (was that it?) this looks great. And your kids are so beautiful it slays me.
