Kicking off 2013 with a bit of sledding

We joined some friends from church for some down-hill sledding action yesterday. Unfortunately there are no photos of me or Charlie.  Charlie had on his full body fuzzy fleece and looked like a baby seal.  I went down the hill twice.  Once on our blue plastic toboggan.  The next trip down on a borrowed plastic disc.  That was when it happened, I caught air on a bump and landed on my tail bone causing some painful damage.  I don't think that it's broken but it's certainly not it tip top shape.  That might be the end of my sledding for the year or at least sledding on packed hard as rock snow.

 Viola mostly wanted to just walk up and down the hill showing off her sweet snow gear.

 She did a bit of bum sliding.

 Amy was kind enough to pull her up the hill with Ava.  Go Amy!
